The 8-bit general-purpose MCU is based on the McKinsey RISC architecture and features fast speed, low power consumption, good anti-interference performance, and easy learning and use. There are three types: FLASH, MTP, and OTP. FLASH and OTP type MCUs are mainly replaced by domestic MCUs from foreign brands, among which FLASH type has a programming life of more than 100000 times, an EEPROM erase life of 1 million times, and a storage time performance of more than 10 years. MTP type is between OTP type and FLASH type, with a programming life of 1000 times, meeting the needs of multiple programming, and also having the cost-effectiveness of OTP
