On October 15th, the second Bay Area Semiconductor Industry Ecological Expo ("Bay Chip Expo" 2025) kicked off in Shenzhen, with two semiconductor companies from Luohu, Shenzhen showcasing their main products.
The D10AI inference card exhibited by Jiangyuan Technology is the first domestically produced chip to implement the deployment of DeepSeek-R1 large parameter models. The 8 cards can support the quantitative deployment of DeepSeek-R1671B. In addition, this chip has taken the lead in establishing a localized full process of "advanced independent design+advanced manufacturing+advanced packaging", filling the strategic gap in the security of the artificial intelligence chip supply chain.
It is worth noting that as an upgraded iteration product of the Jiangyuan D10, the D20, which adopts an innovative dual chip architecture, is scheduled to be officially released in November this year. Its computing power density and integration have been significantly improved compared to the D10, equipped with 256GB of large graphics memory, specifically designed for large-scale model inference with larger parameter scales, and can adapt to higher demand business scenarios and complex tasks.
Another Luohu enterprise specializing in Fabless mode chip design, ysspring, showcased three flagship chip products, which are respectively suitable for smart homes, industrial control, motors and other fields.
Among them, the new sensor chip, as a benchmark product launched by Huichun in the optoelectronic sensor market, adopts a new wafer process and packaging process, which improves performance by more than 30% and reduces costs by more than 30%, helping Huichun to win the first market share in the security host optoelectronic mouse market.
In the past two years, Luohu has increased its support for strategic emerging industries such as semiconductors. Hangshun Chip, which has long been rooted in Luohu, has been included in the Hurun Research Institute's "2025 Global Unicorn List" and has attracted companies such as Suiyuan Technology, Jiangyuan Technology yspring、 A group of new industry track enterprises, such as Blue Arrow Aerospace, Rubik's Cube Satellite, and Cangyu Space, have joined. In 2024 alone, Luohu will add 125 specialized, refined, and new enterprises, 95 national high-tech enterprises, and introduce a total of 880 enterprises.
