Yspring Intelligent Electronic Nebulizer Solution

The Yspringelectronic atomizer solution consists of the main control chip YS16M121X,YS16M134,YS16M204, battery, charging management, battery protection, buttons/microphone, LED lights, and atomizer. In normal times, the electronic atomizer is in a low-power state and starts working when the button is pressed or smoking is done (microphone scheme). When the airflow passes through the airway and passes through the microphone on the circuit board, the microphone generates an electrical signal that is transmitted to the microcontroller, wakes up the MCU, and the MCU software is set to turn on the driving MOS tube (turn on the power switch), allowing the heating wire in the atomization core to be powered on and convert electrical energy into heat energy. When the temperature reaches the boiling point, smoke is generated, and the MCU controls the lighting of 4 LEDs. When the airflow stops and the microphone returns to its normal signal, the MCU monitoring signal disappears and stops driving the PMOS (turn off switch) and LED; The MCU enters sleep mode, and if it detects that the battery is running low, it will flash the LED as a low voltage reminder.

    

During the working process, the MCU samples the output current and voltage, adjusts the PWM control constant power output in real time, and ensures stable output at different battery voltages. At the same time, it achieves overcurrent, short circuit, and low-voltage protection functions by detecting current and voltage. When the button release or no airflow is detected, the output is turned off and the MCU enters sleep mode again.
