On January 7, 2022, the YSPRING headquarters relocation ceremony was held on the 21st floor of Building 2A, International Innovation Valley, Nanshan District. The executive team and all employees attended the ceremony together and witnessed this highly commemorative moment. On the occasion of the upcoming 15th anniversary of Huichun's establishment, the successful holding of the new headquarters relocation ceremony marks a new starting point, a new peak, and the beginning of a new journey!
Good luck starting work
On the eighth day of the Lunar New Year in the Year of the Tiger, YSPRING officially started construction with a brand new look! Chairman Zhuang Jilin led the company's main leaders to send New Year's greetings and "red envelopes" to all employees in the face of auspicious luck.
Celebrate Yuanxiao
The sun and moon open the new moon, and heaven and earth are once again in spring. In order to carry forward the traditional Chinese culture, enrich the cultural life of all employees of YSPRING during the festival, create a festive and peaceful festival cultural atmosphere, and effectively improve the centripetal force and cohesion of the team, our company organized the "Yuanxiao Lantern FestivalFestival Theme Month" activity on the afternoon of February 15.
Goddess Festival
On this March 8th Goddess Day, Yspring expresses her concern and love for the female employees of the company, thanks them for their efforts, and hopes that they can be their most beautiful queens on this day. According to the national statutory holiday regulations, female employees will have half a day off on the afternoon of March 8th. Female employees from all departments are requested to make work arrangements while relaxing and enjoying a beautiful "3.8 Goddess Day". I wish all female employees a smooth and healthy new year!
Implementation of mentorship system
On June 30th, in order to adapt to the development of the company, strengthen the exchange and mutual promotion of knowledge, experience, and skills learning within the company, and create a learning oriented enterprise, the company formulated the "ysspring Mentor System Management Measures". Mentors (instructors) will "pair up" and "pass on knowledge, skills, and experience" with the new generation of employees, playing a role in talent growth, backbone cultivation, and mutual learning.
